Warranty

JM Smash Repair Equipment, unless otherwise specified, have a life time guarantee against any defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the tool. We will repair or replace any tool that fails to give satisfactory service, on the condition that the tool has not been abused modified or used in a manner it was not designed for and that it is returned to an JM clamps dealer.

PROBLEMS THAT ARE NOT COVERED BY JM SMASH REPAIR EQUIPMENT  WARRANTY

• Misuse & Abusing  products:
  For instance, Using a tool over its rated load capacity, or not following the listed purpose of the tool.
• Imposed an improper External Force on products:
  For instance, add an additional steel pipe to a tool to give extra leverage and increase force.
• Using Air impact tools not limited to the correct torque:
  For instance, the generated intensive force from impact wrench that imposed on bolts not designed for that Torque and causing stripping of threads.

IN THE EVENT AN ITEM NEEDS A REPAIR OUTSIDE OF WARRANTY

 JM Smash Repair Equipment, Will endeavourer to repair your item to as new working condition in a timely manner and at a minimal cost, as we take keeping our customers satisfied very seriously.
